Dinner is a Chili cookoff, so bring your favorite chili recipe and compete for best Chili in Lower East

Lower East Fall meeting was November 21, 2019 @ First Utility District in Knoxville. FUD provided tours of their water and wastewater plants with Techanical sessions of Water System Modeling by Seth Fischer of Cannon and Cannon and Nitrification & Denitrification by J.D. McDaniel of WK Dickson.

The meeting and Dinner were opened by the chair with routine business being addressed before presenting state awards.
